Here in Mybanglaspace all user uploading favorite Music Video. but here no option for download.
You can download a simple way by using Real player 11 Version.
After instaling real player when you open a FLV Video such as mybanglaspace, youtube, breack.com or other.
After playing the Video within 10 Second or more ( its depend on you internet connection speed ) will be show Download Option as like the picture.
So go to Realplayer Home page.
