Sometimes they are broken, but that doesn't men they are really meant to be broken.
I've seen everytime a promise was made to me it end up no where so don't know what to assume. maybe I can't keep promises either so others can't keep words as well.
its depend, what sort or promises and what was the cause .
I've not seen so much of world, but as much I've seen and learn all I see is promises only meant to be broken. similarly dream remain only dream!
